DEADLINE:  Wednesday, December 4th

 

ENTRY FEE: $129 –Includes greens fee, cart, range balls, awards banquet buffet, tee prize, and prize fund.
Practice rounds available at a rate of $50 + tax based on availability.

 

ELIGIBILITY:  Male and female participants with a GHIN handicap.  Will be using December 1st handicap.

 

FORMAT: 18 holes of individual stroke play. USGA rules apply except where local rules prevail.

 

FLIGHTS: Determined by handicap.
Bear Down tee 7,309 yards – Championship Flight - (Gross prizes only)
Ruby tee 6,825 yards – 1st Flight (Gross and Net prizes within the division) Low gross Senior prize 

Jade tee 6,345 yards – 2nd Flight (Gross and Net prizes within the division) Low gross Senior prize

Opal tee 5,861 yards – Ladies Championship (Gross and Net prizes within the division)

 

TOURNAMENT TEE TIMES: Starting times will start at 8:00 am off #1 and #10 tee. In the event of a tie, a hole-by-hole playoff will begin immediately following the conclusion of play to determine the low gross winner only of each flight.

 

PAIRINGS: Tournament pairings will be available by the end of the day on Monday, December 9th.  Pairings will be emailed and posted in the golf shop and online.

 

DRIVING RANGE: Practice balls will be available on the range before play on Saturday.

 

PAYOUTS: Breakdown of payouts are based on the number of participants in each flight.

 

GPS AND RANGE FINDERS:    GPS and range finders are permitted for use during the round.

 

GOLF CART USE: Participant’s use of golf carts is mandatory during the competition, and cart rental fee is covered by the tournament entry fee. Maximum of two carts per group will be allowed. 
> Also, the following policies will be enforced: Spectator carts are not permitted.
> Carts are assigned only to contestants. A caddie may use a cart only if a contestant is not displaced by such use. Two persons per cart only.  One caddie can rider per group.  $25 + tax cart fee applies for use of a caddie.

WITHDRAW POLICY: Before the Entry Deadline on December 4th, players may withdraw from the tournament and receive a full refund.
